multidisciplinary catalyst seeking to network food safety research &
outreach professionals and the retail-foodservice industry to promote
the development and application of science-based food safety advances
and educational programming.

Consortium |

September-October 2004. The Consortium is in the process of its
formation. The Formation Committee is currently discussing the
By-laws and the Goals of the Consortium. To participate in this
