 Mission Statement

The Retail-Foodservice Food Safety Consortium is a multidisciplinary catalyst seeking to network food safety research & outreach professionals and the retail-foodservice industry to promote the development and application of science-based food safety advances and educational programming.

 Forming the Consortium

September-October 2004.  The Consortium is in the process of its formation.  The Formation Committee is currently discussing the By-laws and the Goals of the Consortium.  To participate in this process please contact Brian Nummer, Ph.D. at bnummer@uga.edu.
